I am a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and abide by the BACP Ethical Framework and receive regular clinical supervision to ensure safe, effective practice. I am fully insured and am accountable to the BACP complaints procedures.
My practice is registered and fully compliant with the Information Commissioner's Office to ensure data privacy.
I currently only offer remote video counselling. However, for agreed in-person work, I will endeavour to locate accessible premises. If this is not possible, I am happy to explore accessible options that will work best for you. Please let me know your requirements when contacting me and I will aim to accommodate as best I can.
For online counselling I use VSee which is a low-bandwidth, encrypted software tool, used by the medical sector.
I use Protonmail for all email communication as it is an open source, encrypted email service.
I use Kualo for webhosting, as they use 100% renewable energy.
